SUMMARY OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 
 

1) Terms of agreement:

 

This agreement is to protect  you the buyer as well as us the seller from any misunderstanding related to your purchase.

It offers you free replacements in case your purchase is for any reason defective, damaged or lost in transit in which case you

would get another bottle shipped to you at no extra charge. It also offers you a full refund on the 10 and 6 pill trial bottles should

you determine that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. It also protects us in cases of abuse or  improper usage of

our products and lays out the extent of our liability in regards to shipping & delivery  issues, loss or damage, product usage as

well as product exchanges and refunds.

 

2) Loss or Damage Claims:

 

If the shipment is lost or damaged we will replace it at no charge to you whatsoever. Please contact customer service

3) Return Policy:

 

Within 30 days from purchase you may return defective or damaged merchandise for full replacement or 100 % refund. We

guaranty 100% that each and every capsule is free of defects and is in the same formulation and condition as every other

capsule we have ever sold. Results may vary slightly from individual to individual so we cannot guaranty the exact same

results for everyone but results will be close unless you have any of the impairing conditions such as diabetes or any surgery

such as prostate surgery that results in  extensive damage  to your nervous system in the genital areas in which case you may

not experience the full expected results..  You may also return all sealed (UN-tampered) bottles within 30 days from receipt to

our address on your invoice and receive a full refund of your purchase. Freight charges are non-refundable. If this is your first

time buying STIFF DAYS  and you purchase a 6, 10 and 20  pill trial size bottle you may return the unused pills in the original bottle

for a full refund  if you are not 100% satisfied  with  the results that were expecting . This credit applies only to the purchase

of 6,10 and 20 pill trial size bottles. All other size bottles (30,40,50 and 100) do not apply because they are not trial sizes if

this is your first time purchasing from us.

 

4) Shipping & Delivery:  

 

We will replace your package in a timely and realistic manner if the original package appears to be stalled for some time or in

other words not moving. Should you end up receiving both the original and the replacement shipments you will be responsible to

pay for both or otherwise return one for credit. Please note once a package has been marked "delivered" by the postal service that

ends our packaging and shipping obligations and you would have to contest any further delivery records  with the postal service.

 

5) Credits or Replacements:

 

Please make sure you type in your shipping address correctly. Should you type in an incorrect or insufficient shipping address

 the package will be  returned to us by the postal service as undeliverable upon which you would get  a  full refund for your

purchase minus all shipping costs and restocking fees if applicable . Otherwise we will reship the package back to you at

applicable shipping costs.  So it is important that you make sure all your information is typed in correctly when you place

your order. You will also qualify for money back or replacement if your shipment after 14 days is no longer labeled as

“In transit”  or  lost.

 

6) Consequential Damages:

 

We are not liable for the following, whether they arise in contract or any other form of civil action, including negligence, and

even if they are our fault: consequential or special damages or loss; other indirect loss; or breach of other contracts. Con-

sequential damage or loss includes but is not limited to loss of income, profit, interest, markets, and use of contents.

 

7) International:

 

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges

are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for

details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify

whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Stiff Days is not responsible for

any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. Estimates

for shipping times do not apply to International shipments which take much longer to deliverer, usually 10-15 working days

for first class standard mail. Priority mail international is usually 5-10 working days and Express mail International is 4-7

working days. As in Domestic shipments we do not guaranty International delivery times. The aforementioned are only

estimates and we are not liable and neither is the postal service if these estimates are exceeded. We will label your shipment

as a "Gift" and assign it a minimal weight value in order for it to pass through customs easily without incurring any customs

fees whatsoever. However if customs determines  upon inspection that a fee is still due then the cost will be your responsibility.

This is highly unlikely as most of our international shipments have gone straight through customs without incurring any customs fees                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

 

8) Sales Tax:

 

Stiff Days does not charge sales tax.  Even though we operate out of the USA we do not have any physical retail presence.

All Sales are either online or by phone.

 

9) Delayed Shipments:

 

Our shipping  conditions are carbon copy those of the U.S. postal service which can be viewed by clicking on the following

link on the USPS site https://about.usps.com/publications/pub141/summary-of-our-terms-and-conditi.htm  In regard to shipments  

the post office will put in it's best effort to deliver your shipment according to their  regular delivery schedules and according to the type of

shipping service you selected.. We do not offer refunds nor are we liable for any consequential and/or 3rd party losses or damages
caused by delays and neither is the postal service, even if they are our fault, in picking up, transporting (including delays caused by diversions), or

delivering a shipment. We do not  offer any  guarantees that you will receive your package by certain dates.  Even though you

pay the stated shipping cost for each shipping method, the delivery projection dates we provide are just estimates with the

exception of express service and they can be exceeded or diminished depending on how fast the postal service processes

each shipping request. Express mail is our only guaranteed  shipping service with assured next day delivery and is available

upon checkout for our customers who absolutely have to have their order overnight.  Please remember that more than 98% of the

postal service deliveries are on time.

 

10) Shipping inquiries

 

Order preparation time in our warehouse is not included  in mail delivery  projections and can vary depending on the number of orders that

we have to get out. When your order comes in to us it is put in order of receipt  in a cue of other orders. It can take anywhere from 1-3

days to get your order ready and dropped off at the post office. Delivery clock starts when the post office scans your package as received

by them. For example if you placed an Express order on a Monday and order preparation takes 2 days in our warehouse then the earliest

the post office will scan the package as received is on Wednesday and you should  receive your package by Thursday delays. If your package

may be  delayed due to reasons which we cannot control. In order to address those delays should they arise we want to ensure you receive

your package in a timely manner. So please make sure you contact us if 10 days for sure have passed from the ship date and you see

no tracking progress on  your standard mail package. Do not wait longer than 10 days to contact us because it can delay things even more.

We handle all delayed shipping inquiries and all other customer service requests in order they are received  by email at info@stiffdays.com. In order

to check on your package we have to research it so please allow 12-24 hours before we get back to you. Sometimes it can be much

sooner it all depends on how many requests we have ahead of you. If it is determined that your package is lost or significantly

delayed for unknown reasons we will replace it free of charge.

 

98% of the time packages shipped by the postal service arrive wihin the projected time frames. Sometimes the postal service will 

experience some delay due to factors beyond it's control such as inclement weather, manpower shortage, acts of god etc. If it appears 

that  your package is experiencing delays  please make sure you contact us if:

 

·         1) Your package hops all around the country and there is no progress

·         2) Your tracking info has not started updating or stops updating for some time

·       · 3) The tracking info says the label was created, but then you never get an update on tracking after that point and it's been

              like that for some time. Tracking can move from "Label created" to "Out for delivery" in one full swoop so we need to check

·         4) You see this status: "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper to expect your package for mailing

              “What this means is that the package has not been scanned by the post office yet.  We do not hold on to packages and we

              have receipts to prove that they have been dropped off. If the status does not change for a  few days, it means that USPS  is

              sitting on the package. No more no less. We can provide you with the  receipt showing your package  has been dropped off

              at the post office so that you do not get any baloney when you talk to the post office such as we never received it etc... you

              may request that receipt  by emailing us at info@stiffdays,com .

 

Please remember that USPS at times has tracking which is not very timely. to  a point tracking makes no sense at times. Delivery projection

dates by the postal service are estimates only and could take longer in some cases or arrive faster than projected in others depending

on USPS work load and manpower.

 

11) Insurance Claims:

 

If any dispute arises with the postal service regarding improper, insufficient delivery or damage to your package while in transit you are entitled

to  file a claim with the postal service to collect any insurance that has been purchased on the shipment if any insurance has been purchased.

Our responsibility  ends when we deliver the package to the postal service except if the package is lost or can no longer be found while  in transit.

 

12) Non Disclosure Agreement

 

Even though the STIFF DAYS formulation is of all natural ingredients listed in full on our home page (2nd paragraph) we reserve the rights of non-disclosure as to

the method and catalysts used to bring this formulation of all natural ingredients to it's amazing success in order to protect this product, our

companies  and our customers  from copy  right infringements and false representations by other persons or entities

If you are not allergic to specific kinds of foods then consult with your physician before taking. You should not under any circumstance ingest more than 1-2 pills of Stiff Days within a 24 hour period. You can use this product as needed and every day before sexual activity. On days you are not having sex you do not need to take this product. If you are taking  high blood pressure medication please consult with your physician as this product will lower your blood pressure which in most cases is a good thing but on days you are ingesting this product you may want to refrain from taking your blood pressure medication but that is strictly between you and your doctor. Most of our clients who are taking blood pressure medication are also taking STIFF DAYS at the same time and there are no issues whatsoever.
